Our Sales Teams are the “conquerors” of the Group, developing our business, across UAE working on a unique portfolio of brands

We are currently looking for a Sales Representative for L'Oreal Professional hair brand in Abu Dhabi, with a strong expertise of the retail business, outdoor sales and a high interest in the beauty industry to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients (Hairdressing salons), drive the sales, achieve targets and conquest new salons

                                         

                                                    What is the position about? 

- Motivate, manage and develop customers within a given geographic area for a specific brand portfolio

- Identify opportunities and win new customers in accordance with the objectives set by the brand

- Achieve the sales targets and qualitative and quantitative objectives set by the Regional Sales Manager

- Ensure that sales and marketing events/activities are implemented and create new opportunities to stimulate the market

- Maximize the In Salon Market Share by implementing all product categories and ensure an effective educational partnership with our partners

-Fluency in Arabic and valid UAE driving license are required for the role as the sales representative will be conducting daily visits to the salons that are spread within a certain geographical area.
