Role Summary:  

Sr. Analyst of Demand Planning will be responsible for ensuring that the correct stock is in the right place at the right time to maximize sales for our free standing stores. You will be responsible for optimizing the flow of stock through the business to the stores by means of auto re-ordering and allocation.  Responsible for the shipment and replenishment, inventory health, catalogue productivity, SIT and service for a category in the brand portfolio.

What You Will Do:

·       Maximize both stock availability and weeks of supply through best use of auto replenishment and allocation systems Anaplan and SAP.

·       Optimize weeks of supply by highlighting opportunities for sell in and recommending actions to be taken

·       Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the catalogue, performance, best and worst sellers, competitor activity etc.

·       Nonsaleable forecasts and shipments

·       Launch/Go to Market forecasts and shipments

·       Work with the DC to resolve queries and to highlight any unresolved problems

·       Own delivery of orders within the allocated delivery window and assist with booking in Retail Operations system Mars.

·       Monitor service rates on long term out of stocks

·       Provide weekly, seasonal and ad-hoc analysis for the Business to inform them of risks and opportunities

·       Maintain an up to date knowledge of the relevant systems (Anaplan, Excel, SAP, FuturMaster) and to attend training when required

What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications: 

·       Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, or equivalent related experience 

·       Minimum of 2 years demand planning or related experience 

·       Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills required 

·       Experience working with a forecast software system

·       Experience working within an SAP environment a plus 

·       Experience working with Power BI applications

Additional Benefits Information

Salary Range:$81,300 -$113,800 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
