Job Summary:

Support Store Development through project execution & purchase order creation, participate in real estate activity and vendor relationships, analyze the evaluation and implementation of processes and workflow operations and make recommendations on ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Support Store Development by coordinating travel and completing expenses.



  • Support real estate activities and vendor relationships via phone, email and in person
  • Manages new vendor set up and account information
  • Create PO’S for legal and Real Estate Company, rent, CAM and Repair & Maintenance
  • Provide alarm codes for all new hires
  • Coordinate store activities with Facility Source team
  • Collaborate with National Operating Center departments and identify efficiencies and cost savings
  • Complete expenses and travel for VP of Store Operations and VP of Store Development
  • Partner with Corporate finance partners monthly to reconcile capitol requests versus committed
  • Travel required 0 - 10%



  • Business Degree in related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in store operations, system support or related field
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications including PowerPoint, Word and Excel; proficient with technology and able to troubleshoot system and technological issues.
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills, including both speaking/presenting and listening
  • Extremely well organized; able to effectively multitask while maintaining professionalism and composure
  • Able to prioritize and manage time effectively, and to balance competing demands and priorities in a very fast-paced environment
  • Strong administrative and leadership skills to maintain high standards
