What You Will Do:

The Sr. Manager, B2B Platforms will work across all digital programs and platforms related to our divisional B2B Business, with global and domestic stakeholders, to influence the roadmap, deliver best in class consumer experiences, and optimize processes to improve quality and agility in delivery. S/he will have ownership of the technical roadmap of LDB Divisional B2B Website, CRM/DDX Initiatives & B2B Technical Initiatives that impact brand D2C Websites, and will work in lock step with the Integrated Medical Communications team, to ensure that LDB B2B digital priorities are planned for in all roadmaps to meet the needs of the brands and business. This role will work with Division and Brand stakeholders from marketing and medical teams to deliver consumer-centered, medically minded business requirements for all new feature requests and will serve as a champion for prioritizing impactful digital, data driven capabilities among our divisional medical relations team.


  • Ownership of the LDB B2B Digital Roadmap for LDB Divisional B2B Website - , CRM/DDX Initiatives & B2B Technical Initiatives that impact brand D2C Websites (ie: Digital Custom D.O.S.E, Physician Locators (Yext) & Medical Affiliate) 
  • Partner with Corporate CRM & Global teams to ensure best practices are adopted for data capture and activation across all divisions 
  • Accountable for transversal projects and initiatives impacting website: third-party integrations, new tools/solutions, accessibility . This is inclusive of implementation, UAT, and issue remediation/program maintenance.
  • Drive B2B technical planning by reviewing deliverables, managing and owning sprint priorities and escalating appropriate risks and issues to streamline business needs to the development teams. Assist stakeholders in understanding feature dependencies for roadmap execution. 
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert on B2B Digital Platforms & Capabilities (Sitecore, Replika etc)  




What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

  • Ability to clearly translate business pain points into functional requirements
  • Experience/knowledge of integration involving multiple points of CRM, clean rooms, data privacy in healthcare field needed 
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, project management, and time management skills
  • High level of comfort working in both a business and technical environment
  • 5-8 years of progressive experience managing or delivering websites or digital services 
  • Experience in influencing executive leadership, developing presentations, and building business cases 
  • Technical curiosity and rigor with a passion for learning and innovation 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and interest in the medical skincare industry  
  • Experience Managing Digital Channel of B2B Business- medical industry a plus
  • Experience with eCommerce/CMS Platforms- Sitecore, Salesforce Commerce Cloud 
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and application – branding, content development, CRM, analytics, SEM and SEO.
  • Demonstrated experience for UX best practices, consumer journeys, user flow and content management

Additional Benefits Information As Follows:

Salary Range: $117,300-$164,200 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
