Senior Manager, Digital Platform – Maybelline DMI

Digital Platforms and Tools: Responsible for the Brand website including functional content creation, calendar activation, technical requirements. Own roadmap for service strategy and responsible for add-on services and tools.

Key responsibilities are:

·         Define role of website & manage its implementation

·         Manage the master website. Own the roadmap for web development: including content planning, posting, backend maintenance, etc

·         Define a strategy for digital tools and services (Virtual Try On, Foundation Finder..), manage their implementation, content support and global scalability

·         Ensure user experience of the master website including design & aesthetics, functional content, and navigation

·         Create website communication: banners, newsletter & specific service campaign support

·         Brief and manage digital agencies to enhance website experience

·         Manage legal validation on data collection (GDPR)

·         Manage web marketing strategies and tools

·         Define SEM (SEO & SEA) to optimize website visibility

·         Manage the communication with global teams and help them scale the global strategy in their local markets 

·         Project manage the ‘website factory’ implementation

o   Manage key agencies and work with wider business stakeholders to ensure timelines are met

o   Respond to questions and queries

·         Drive digital innovation for the brand by bringing forth the new opportunities form the beauty tech world

·         Manage analytics, share analysis and drive action and continuous improvement plans

·         Actively participate and ensure expertise sharing; innovation & upskilling

Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years of related business experience
  • Experience in Digital platforms
  • In-depth knowledge of:
  • Consumer package goods or beauty industry experience is preferred
  • Proficiency (Microsoft Suite)
  • Information & Data management
  • Collaborative leadership skills
  • Project Management Skills
  • Quantitative data analysis skills
  • Prioritization & Organization Skills
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills (written and oral)
