We have a suitable opportunity in the function of Marketing for the position of  Senior Manager – Digital for brand L’Oreal Professionel and Decleor as part of our Professional Products Division. In this Team managing role, you will get to support the digital strategy of the brands end to end

You should have minimum 6-9 years of relevant work experience in digital marketing. The location of the job will be in Mumbai and prior experience in beauty will be advantageous.

The Key Job Responsibilities of this role include:

§  You will plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns

§  You will map consumer decision journey for categories and brands with inputs from consumer, Hairdresser, CMI, Social Listening etc.

§  You will identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

§  You will manage all digital assets for the Brand 

§  Drive and Measure positive conversations around the brand on Digital Platforms

§  You will use keyword research, website data, business priorities and trending beauty topics to formulate a content plan, in partnership with campaign owners

§  You will support every product launch / animation with relevant social, media & website campaigns & promotions

§  You will leverage Earned media through influencers strategies

§  You will Track & report influencer outreach

§  You will establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders inside the Company (marketing, sales and Education), Salons, Hairdresser, digital ecosystem and media partners

§  You will manage agencies - Liaise & manage relations with Social Media, Website, Online PR, EDM, and Online Media.

§  You will plan and control of the digital budget across sub-allocations

§  You will measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

§  You will evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Prerequisites:

  • Strong experience  digital marketing
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Good understanding on Hair trends and luxury skincare
  • Sensitivity towards beauty and key trends in the beauty industry

Internal and External Interactions: The role requires regular interaction with the internal stakeholders such as Marketing, education team, Regional Sales team, controlling etc. External interaction with vendors.
