Job Summary:

  • Accountable for managing Plants reporting in various internal systems (Magnitude/Graal, LOGR etc…)
  • Oversees the timely and accurate reporting of plants in all reporting systems.
  • Responsible for consolidation and provide insights of variance analysis
  • Maintain and communicate master reporting calendar to various stakeholders
  • Coordinate with various plants and prepare recurring financial reporting packages.
  • Standardize and optimize internal financial reports to give better insights and efficiency
  • Maintain and coordinate database of inventory KPIs
  • Partner with accounts payable to consolidate vendor KPIs, and coordinate resolution with different stakeholders.



  • Working knowledge of Magnitude a +
  • Must be comfortable with systems and be system savvy
  • 3-5 years of finance experience
  • Ability to clearly and accurately identify, define and solve reporting issues
  • Excellent organizational, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Advanced Excel skills is required
  • Ability to work in Teams and across multiple business units
