What You Will Do:

Responsible for managing the coordination and preparation of all divisional financial reporting related to the online business including e-boutiques, Amazon, e-retail.  and Paid, Owned and Earned Media. In partnership with Business Units, ensure that FP&A best practices are adhered to so that financial reporting is accurate and reliable. Responsible for Budget and Trend preparation for Division Shared Costs. 

Serves as the key Finance contact for the Luxe Division between LUSA and LUXE CDMO, Finance Transformation, Global Luxe, the Brand Business Units and our External Media Agency. Manages cost control and leads budget and P&L meetings with departmental leadership team. Performs special projects as needed.

Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities and Performance Expectation % of time spent:
 1. Conduct the Budget, Trend and Actual analyses, report preparation and presentation for department. Liaison between Brand Controllers/Business Owners to exchange budget/trend/actual data. 30%

2. Manage cost control and conduct budget meetings with department managers 25%

3. Perform special projects and analyses as needed. 20%

4. Manage financial reporting systems and report generation. 15%

5. Monitor and control approval processes. 10%

 

What We Are Looking For:

5-7 years of experience in finance or accounting. College Degree required.

Strong computer skills (Excel is required)

Must possess strong analytical, financial modeling and problem-solving skills; business acumen; leadership skills; strong presentation and interpersonal skills. Must be a proactive team-player with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, deadline driven work environment.

Must be able to work independently supporting the needs of the department and work closely with both Brand Management and Departmental Management while following the strategic mandate and vision of Division Finance. Must be able to meet and fluidly discuss with management the business implications of spending decisions. Supervision from above will be intermittent.
