What are key highlights of this role?

The role of Senior National Account Manager is to report into Sales Director. As the Senior National Account Manager you will take responsibility for the prestigious portfolio of customers; managing the P&L of your customers, shaping the account strategy, building strong relationships with your accounts and creating persuasive commercial arguments to drive the business forward.

  • Retailer Relationships
    • Developing long term multifunctional relationships
    • Have full understanding of your retailer customer insight
    • Developing retailer centric strategies 


  • P&L accountability
    • Sell-out forecast accuracy, consistency & control
    • P&L optimisation


  • Retail development
    • Understand the beauty consumer & brand
    • Get ahead of competitors
    • Brand account management (short/medium term)

    • Sales team – validate and coach team
    • Wider organisation – support luxe mission
    • Planning and strategy




Preferred Qualifications:


  • Educated to degree level
  • Highly numerate – strong analytically
  • Strong Communication skills - written and verbal
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong negotiator 
  • Experience in a fast paced sales environment
  • Highly organised with prioritization skills
