We have a suitable opportunity in the function of Marketing for the position of Senior Product Manager (Haircare). This is an individual contributor role where one has to collect and analyse consumer and market insight data and make recommendations, implement new launches and maintain growth in pillar product. The candidate should have minimum 8 years of relevant professional brand marketing experience from a reputed company. The location of the job will be in Mumbai and candidates from FMCG, Consumer Goods or companies catering to beauty industry will be given advantage. The details of the job are given below:



Job Responsibilities:

  • Planning and in-market execution of new launches to ensure timely and successful launches (Point of Sale, Media, Go to Market execution, etc.)
  • To drive growth within existing brands through new initiatives
  • Periodic market and consumer visit to generate insights for positively impacting business
  • Drive category performance tracking through periodic analysis and reporting
  • Anchor and execute innovations in Media offline and online (in tandem with Digital Manager)
  • Regular tracking of discontinuations and recommendations and planning for portfolio rationalisation
  • Track the market and report category competition to key internal stakeholders
  • Source competition products and schedule testing and reporting
  • Data Analysis and Reporting
