Key Job Accountabilities

  • Assist Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels; aligned with brand strategy and integrated in comprehensive 360 campaigns
  • Devise communication and digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the brand microsite on e-retailer websites
  • Plan and execute digital marketing projects covering all disciplines including Social Media, SEO/PPC, Website, CRM database, email, etc., and ensure digital objectives are met and projects are launched on time
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Collaborate with marketing team on design and production of digital marketing collaterals e.g. promotional image, website, campaign ads and landing page, etc.
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Manage brand microsite on e-retailer websites and refresh schedule with members of the marketing, creative & production teams
  • Identify digital trends and emerging technologies to execute in digital marketing projects and keep brand in the forefront of digital marketing


  • Possess at least 4 years’ solid experience in digital marketing and e-commerce in luxury, beauty, or travel industry. Knowledge in China digital market is an advantage
  • Familiar with web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Baidu Tongji) and experience in Search Engine Marketing (Baidu, 360, Google, Bing), best practices definitely a plus
  • Passionate about digital, future trends, technologies and devices
  • Ability to manage multiple projects  simultaneously while adhering to established timeframe
  • Creative thinker who generates innovative digital ideas and solutions
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • A good team player with solid interpersonal skill to deal with multiple and diverse internal stakeholders, and interacting with business and technology partners
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin, Korean is an advantage
