Job Title: Sr. Asset Protection Analyst
Reports to: AVP - Asset Protection
Location: St. Petersburg, Florida (SalonCentric National Operations Center)


Job Responsibilities:

  • Management of Asset Protection General Email Inbox
  • Maintain relationship with other departments to communicate initiatives/reporting.
  • Provide “on the fly” reporting for AP managers while in the field.
  • Pulling data, analyzing and publishing reporting/BI dashboards for multiple management levels:
    • Store banking activity
    • Store price override data
    • Store shrink
    • Asset Protection metrics
    • Work on development of new exception reporting as needed.
  • Pulling data and assembling internal exception reporting for AP management review:
    • Guardian (alarm) exception reporting monthly and as needed for investigations.
    • Agilence(ebr)/POS exception report weekly or as needed for investigations.
    • Work on development of new exception reporting as needed.
    • Maintain AP activity within the Case Management tool.
  • Coordination and presentations of calls/webinars.
  • Supporting/managing audit requests
  • Supporting/developing Asset Protection training


Job Requirements:

  • Advanced Excel skills/knowledge (Power Pivot, VBA, key data analysis functions such as VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, INDEX/MATCH etc.…)
  • Strong data modeling / visualization skills (Power BI and related programs)
  • Experience with Loss Prevention software
    • Exception Based Reporting
    • Case Management
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/deadlines and prioritize workload.
  • Excellent organization, communication, accuracy and personal initiative.
  • Flexible to accommodate last minute changes and demands from multiple sources.
  • High level of professionalism and sound judgment in dealing with senior managers and business partners; effectively builds relationships and resources at all levels of the organization.
