What You Will Do: 


L’Oréal is in search of an experienced Sr Analyst, D2C Replenishment to join the centralized team to drive inventory and financial planning strategies for the LUXE Division. This individual will be a key leader in the success of our divisional performance while also working cross functionally to implement best practices for the channel. This individual will work with our brand site leads, sales planning, merchandising, finance, marketing teams, supply chain organization and our 3PL partners to forecast proper inventory levels based on business needs and changes in strategy. This individual will be critical in the planning organization to establish new processes to support the continued growth and profitability for D2C. 


Collaborative partner between 3PL, Brand Leads, and Supply Chain teams. Offering best-in-class inbound service and stock availability while optimizing stock levels and costs. Responsible for supporting F.I.R team to improve On Site Availability, Inventory Health, and product mix by Node location for CORE, Launch and Promo. Developer, owner, and communicator of all reporting related to inventory available to sell. 

  • Maintain, analyze, and develop business intelligence tools to communicate KPIs to improve processes, reporting and inventory management
  • Assist with importing all data for replenishment review and execution
  • Provide visibility on low service and safety stock analysis with recovery details to brand teams
  • Ensure all cuts and shortages are recapped for review at Node level
  • Track and monitor all shipped inventory and adjustments made with our 3PL partners 
  • Communicate risk at SKU level with major inventory discrepancies upon 3PL receiving
  • Identify opportunities for value added projects/tools with both internal and external partners. 
  • Manage/coordinate stock allocations, reservations and replenishment orders using various systems & tools 
  • Maximize sales opportunities by ensuring OLA targets are met through periodic stock monitoring
  • Monitor product supply risks, work on minimizing OOS (Out of Stock) impact
  • Support and coordinate sell-in forecast -/+ models by product/brand on a weekly basis
  • Coordinate with 3PL, OMS team and Brand Leads to solve all but not limited to, discontinued SKU programming, master data, overcommitted stock, backorder & cancelations


What We Are Looking For: 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree equivalent experience required
  • 2-5 years of full-time experience
  • Knowledgeable in demand planning, stock replenishment strategies and operations
  • Experience in statistical forecasting, 3PL management, root-cause analysis for identifying and resolving supply chain stockouts and opportunities
  • Expert user in Microsoft Excel and basic knowledge in Power-Bi required
  • Highly collaborative and comfortable managing stakeholders in a matrixed environment
  • Open to new ideas and actively builds networks to achieve goals
  • Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication/presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently within a rigorous timeline
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Passion for fast moving transformation roles; passion for making concrete business impacts
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities with attention to detail
  • A positive attitude and passion for building businesses; entrepreneurial drive and a self-starter mindset
