SUPERVISOR TITLE:  Reports to Senior Vice President, Consumer Engagement

FUNCTION:  Global Consumer Engagement

LOCATION:  Jersey City, NJ


This individual will be responsible for the management of local market public relations onboarding, global media, and education of best practices to guide local market new product launch KPIs of awareness and press; Lead Tribes, Influencer & Advocacy Strategies, and all PR elements for Product Commercialization Books. They will provide support to the SVP, Consumer Engagement & VP, DMI PR for larger brand initiatives, as needed, especially the upcoming launch into China. 

Global PR Product Launch Strategy: 

  • Partner with DMIMarketing and cross-functional teams to develop PR & digital-first campaigns for commercialization books  
  • Partner with DMI Cross Functional Teams to ensure Communication/Advocacy & Social Concepts & Tactics in Commercialization Books are aligned 
  • Develop and manage integrated communication strategy for local markets  
  • Develop best practices and guidelines for local market consideration and adaptation 
  • Develop Tribes, Influencer and Advocacy strategies/tactics for global and local programming 
  • Present 360 ideas/comeback plans in meetings 
  • Submit CRF’s through in-motion and manage asset process 
  • Place product forecast and orders for US DMI PR needs and/or local market needs 
  • Partner with DMI Social Team and GM to manage any DMI or market specific product Q&A’s  
  • Regularly upload and update assets in the PR folder on BOX  

Global PR Immersions (Brand & Guidelines): 

  • Lead organization and presentation of Global PR Brand Immersion, and PR Guidelines onboarding calls, as applicable 
  • Manage the upkeep of the PR Immersion Deck, PR Guidelines and toolkit documents/assets to educate local markets on global PR strategy and best practices to execute locally 

Global Launch Initiatives:

  • Lead and Mange local market A-launch Events/activity 
  • Lead and Manage local market product re-animation Events/activity 
  • Support local markets with strategic counsel, overall event planning and preparation in launch and sustain phases 
  • Manage all asset requests (upload onto BOX) 
  • Assist markets in drafting/updating respective talk tracks 
  • Mange Global Brand Ambassadors participation in these events 
  • Partner with SVP, Consumer Engagement & VP, DMI PR on planning and execution of global launch events  
  • Draft applicable media interview Q&A’s for US Global Ambassador, Shannon Pirie Charles as it relates to the launch event 

Global Analytics & Reporting: 

  • Partner with SVP, Consumer Engagement & VP, DMI PR to set media and influencer KPI’s for local markets (to be revisited/updated, as needed) 
  • Compile all Global PR Monthly Reports and deduct overall key learnings to distribute a Quarterly comprehensive report to all markets 

Content Creator Management:

  • Partner with the Skincare and Makeup Teams on selecting and managing content creators for campaign content. 
  • General Administrative Tasks  
  • Manage and Update Global Master PR Contacts list 
  • Download & save down all global market materials/documents in Global Public Relations folder 
  • Manage and place the Product SHOP Orders for General DMI CE Ad Hoc Needs (advisory board, misc.)  
  • Manage and update brand ambassador contract/contract deliverables tracker; input PO’s as necessary 
  • Assist with in-motion creation of global asset package (bio, headshot etc.)
