Sr Manager, Performance & Transversal Projects

The objective of the job is to accelerate transformational projects for the CPD division in the US.

 

Here are the keys job accountabilities:

Manage and support strategic projects for CPD US brands, such as:

 

  • Drive L’Oreal for the Future (L4TF) Sustainability Initiative:
    • Consolidate Operational roadmap management: Post Consumer Resins (PCR), Ellen MacArthur (EMcA) Plastics recycling, and light-weighting plastics reduction
    • KPI monitoring and reporting for CPD US
    • Implement cross-brands alignment
    • Support US CPD Product Ingredient Labeling (PIL) roll out
    • Support L4TF audits

 

  • Monitor launch agility:
    • KPI monitoring and reporting using Launch Agility Assessment Tool (LAAT)
    • Support continues improvement and consistency between métiers

 

  • Consolidate & Manage Capex for US CPD brands: budget & trend consolidation & reporting

 

  • Drive Value Creation
    • Consolidate Value Creation CPD roadmap across métiers
    • KPI monitoring and reporting for CPD US
    • Guide & train team
    • Implement cross-brands aligned template to report KPI

 

  • Drive the Ecom acceleration and compliance
    • Be the driver of how Development Team can contribute to our Ecom growth
    • Liaise with the supply chain Ecom team to find synergies and cascade them to the teams/brands
    • Consolidate the data of Ecom compliance

 

  • Drive the cross metier projects to improve collaboration and alignment  

 

  • Manage other strategic projects as needed
