Job Purpose:

Ensure the accuracy and reliability of inventory in the Distribution Center, leading the inventory team and developing strategies to optimize storage, counting, and control processes. Implement improvements in stock management to minimize losses, guarantee product availability, and improve operational efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the inventory team, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
• Define and execute strategies to optimize inventory accuracy, reducing discrepancies and improving stock reliability. Daily monitor review.
• Coordinate and guarantee the correct execution of cycle counts, annual inventories, and internal audits in external warehouses.
• Analyze inventory discrepancies, identify root causes, and lead corrective action plans generated across all processes.
• Implement control methodologies and continuous improvement in inventory management.
• Supervise stock movements (inputs, outputs, adjustments), ensuring their correct execution in the SAP system.
• Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) such as accuracy, rotation, aging, obsolescence control, occupancy in centrex and external warehouses, etc.
• Coordinate with warehouse and fulfillment areas to minimize impacts due to zero confirmations or missing products.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in inventory management in distribution centers or high-rotation warehouses.
• Technical Knowledge:
  • Advanced handling of SAP and especially Manhattan (very important requirement).
  • Inventory control strategies and cycle counting methodologies.
  • Inventory management indicators and rotation analysis.
  • Advanced data analysis in Excel.
