Currently we’re recruiting for a Benelux Supply planner for one of our Consumer Products Division at our head-office in Hoofddorp.

 

What are you going to do?

As a supply planner you’re (amongst others) responsible for:

  • Build the Supply plan of the entity based on the validated sales forecasts, the co-packing plan and the stocks and supply/ procurement parameters
  • Checking logistic feasibility through the analysis of the stock equation and exchanging with the Zone about the long-term issues to maximize the service level
  • Manage the replenishment process through the evaluation of the shortage risks, defining action plans and coordinating priorities
  • Decrease shortages by the analysis of the causes and defining action plans, while keeping all stakeholders (internal & customers) up to date on products out of stock and stock availability dates
  • Providing timely feedback on large orders, ensuring full delivery without negatively impacting the direct channel
  • Define and monitor the Key Performance Indicators (out of stock, service rate, stock
  • Assist in or coordinating the subcontracting activities for the division, depending on the division
  • Contributing to the improvement of the processes and information systems related to your activity and be the referent of your role, animating/training the Supply Chain community

 

Your profile

You are analytical strong but pragmatic when the situation requires. As a person you are determined to make a great impact by taking initiatives and sharing your ideas. It is important to feel comfortable to collaborate with different stakeholders and that you know how to convince them if necessary. Furthermore you are open minded and supportive towards new initiatives.

 

  • You are in the possession of a Master’s degree
  • Have a clear affinity with Supply Chain and the dynamics of FMCG
  • Possess strong analytical skills
  • Are inquisitive and looks for opportunities to improve the overall results
  • Can set priorities in a VUCA world
  • Speak English, and either Dutch or French
