During this internship period, you will gain exposure to a broad network of business stakeholders and interact with hiring managers & business leaders on our newly launched Employer Value Proposition (EVP). This is a great opportunity to understand Talent Acquisition as an important role to help attract candidates of the same fit and retain employees.

How can you contribute?

Are you a creative storyteller full of innovative ideas? Are you excited about building our L’Oreal brand as a #1 employer of choice?

We’re looking to hire a Regional Employer Branding Intern, supporting a wide range of local and regional business groups to engage and excite potential candidates and employees.           

Key responsibilities:

• Work on employer branding projects ranging from content creation, video editing to execution of social media campaigns
• Work closely with Regional Talent Acquisition team to improve candidate engagement
• Identify the tactics and platforms to effectively reach potential candidates
• Create monthly reports on key marketing metrics

The ideal candidate should have:

• Passion to build people network
• Interest in project management
• Strong photography and videography skills
• Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills (i.e. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, InDesign)
• Creative and innovate mind (we want your bright ideas!)
• High energy level – we work hard and we play hard too!
