Purpose of role:

To support the Global Digital Marketing and Ecommerce Strategy for The Body Shop and ensure the successful rollout and execution of the strategy for our Head Franchise partners within the EMEA zones. To track and benchmark performance and share best practices across markets to accelerate customer acquisition and ecommerce sales growth.

 You will:

  •      Work with the International Ecommerce Manager and Head Franchise Account Managers to develop and plan the overall Ecommerce sales and growth plans for Head Franchise partners within the EMEA zone.

  • Work in partnership with in-country e-commerce managers to ensure consistency across the group in all e-commerce activity.
  • Monitor markets performances & trends to provide recommendations to markets e-commerce managers to maximize sales by leveraging e-marketing, commercial offers and onsite assets.
  • Provide concrete and clear guidance to EMEA Head Franchise partners to build the business cases, launch and develop E-Commerce in their market
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders on on-line strategy to ensure there is consistency across the Group
  • Ensure that the new websites are designed based on the Brand best practices
  • Analyse and benchmark ecommerce and digital marketing KPIs to identify trends and recommendations for the markets to drive sales growth and maximise conversion rates


  • Proven experience driving Ecommerce sales growth
  • Strong knowledge of on-line marketing campaigns (search engine marketing, display, affiliate-marketing, email marketing, partnerships)
  • Strong experience using web-analytics tool to make concrete recommendations based on tracking
  • Impacting verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and market trends
  • International experience and exposure to a diverse client base is a plus


 Educated to degree level or equivalent.
