Based in our International HR department in The Body Shop’s HQ in Littlehampton as HR Administrator you will provide administrative support to the HR Function and stakeholders based in the UK.  You will act as the first contact point in the Littlehampton HR team for all general queries from head office employees via telephone, email and face-to-face. 


Through taking a proactive approach you will have the opportunity to be involved in project based work and broader HR initiatives and will play an active role in activities such as: salary review, bonus review, learning programme roll-outs and The Body Shop FIT inductions

A day in the life:


  • You will be the first point of call for HR queries and responsible for appropriate allocation of HR queries to HR Advisor including escalation and identification of more serious issues to the HR Business Partners as required
  • You will proactively approach following up queries and ensuring that they are resolved
  • You will assist with generalist case management, provide note-taking and administrative support for ER cases and depending on the level of experience may be able to manage some cases on behalf of HR Advisors
  • You will be involved in project-based work on broader HR initiatives and play an active role in activities such as: salary review, bonus review, learning programme roll-outs and FIT inductions
  • You will be responsible for working with HRIS to collate all HR reporting including; telephony volumes, ER case management, sickness & absence, among others
