By joining us as a Project and Operations Intern, you will gain valuable project management skills, working closely with senior management across both our International division, as well as our EMEA Zone. This role will support the coordination of day to day projects; collaborating with markets, supporting our teams in activating projects and contributing to the on-going business strategy. You will also take the lead on small projects of your own; learning valuable transferable skills and understanding the importance of deadlines. 

  • Deploying digital in retail stores
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of Body Butter personalisation in retail stores
  • Work with Heads of Retail within markets to coordinate the quarterly Retail Academy Forum
  • Completing Competitor Analysis in store – looking at pricing and the customer journey


  • Assisting with a range of tasks including communication, reporting, data analysis, resourcing and finance
  • Create monthly reports and produce PowerPoint presentations to communicate the results across different divisions
  • Working with a team of professionals across a range of departments
  • Coordinate communication packs & meetings for project teams
  • Assist with the capital month end Finance, Recharge, Reconsolidation & Reporting processes
  • Working with internal stakeholders including Marketing, Events, Visual Merchandising & Commercial teams
  • Responsible for Market email communication

  • Excellent attention to detail and excellent written English skills
  • Self-driven proactive mind-set and good team player
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environment
  • Retail experience (preferred) 
  • Excel skills to analyse data (preferred)

  • You must be eligible to work in the UK
  • You must be completing a placement as part of your degree
  • You must be on track to attaining a minimum 2:1 for your degree
