Major Responsibilities:
  • Develop short-term and long term online and offline Brand Strategies & Implementation with brand plan and key initiatives 
  • Develop Go-To-Market Plan for new product / commercial initiatives and co-ordinate among Education and Commercial team (triangle team) to make sure plan is well executed among triangle team
  • Manage spending effectiveness under budget to achieve category sales target
  • Monitor and track monthly performance as well as providing in-depth analysis
  • Managed Volume Forecasting (Demand & Supply) with relevant parties
  • Work closely with E-com and Digital team to drive online business and online brand awareness
Qualifications:
  • 5-7 years FMCG & Marketing Experience
  • Used to handle integrated online and offline marketing project with both branding and activation experience
  • Having digital mkting and Ecom background would be a plus
  • Strategic and good logical thinking and  
  • Good Communication skill and presentation skill both Thai and English
  • Have passion to drive beauty business
  • Have entrepreneurship, negotiation and people management skills
