Overall Job Scope

Responsible for retail sales of counter & ensuring brand goals are achieved. Integrate & develop beauty advisors with empathy and “coach management” style. Manage & animate business planning followed up with Field Sales Supervisor and Education Manager. 
Assure proper brand image, merchandising, stocks are met. Assure team delivers a unique and memorable brand signature experience.

Key Job Accountabilities
  • Achieve counter sales target, ranking and market share
  • In-store event planning / Business Analysis
  • Maintain counter quality and merchandising
  • Monitor stock
  • Advise customer on skincare, makeup or fragrance
  • Recruit new customers / loyal customers
  • Integrates new counter members / Evaluate counter staff / Coach team in their roles
  • Staff management and delegation / Succession plan
  • 5 years working experience as Senior Beauty Advisor or 1 year experience as Assistant Counter

  • Self motivated, results oriented, strong communication & organizational skills. Analytical in approach to identifying opportunities

  • Proven experience in managing & coaching sales staff. High sense of luxury, brand image and sophistication

  • Computer skills - can use computer of point of sales and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook)
