- Ensure competitive commercial plan. Plan brand campaign activations to grow sell out. Drive to increase conversion rate. Communicate goals and plans with e-distributor partner, and liase internal and external stakeholders to execute commercial plans

- Be the voice in prioritizing ETQ in operations discussion e.g. stock, PLV. Stock forecast for both FG and GWP to brand and DP for own channel. Coordinate PO issuance together with e-operations. Ensure ATP%, replenishment, stock monitoring, flag potential ATP issues. Monitor and improve SEO, web load speed.

- Track, analyse, report performance (traffic, conversion, sales, Google Analytics, DOMO) and make recommendations on commercial plan improvements. Monitor competitors’ movements and recommend action plan to counteract

- Work with marketing and product managers to update and maintain PDP and web, aligning to content integrity rules to help navigation and product discoverability

- After Sales Service: Coordinate with call center both internal and external when issue related ecom functionality and fulfillment partner arise. Responsible for growing quantity and quality of products rating and reviews. Contact web  detractors back for feedback for improvements.

- Support cross-functional drive of clear EBTQ differentiation strategy & roadmap that creates brand love, superior e-service excellence, web stickiness.
