Taking a role of National Account Manager, you will have a chance to manage both sales team and PC development team while building a strong relationship with key beauty wholesalers. Moreover, you will have have an opportunity to optimize your potential, capability and consultation. Here is scope of responsibility for your consideration.

Responsibilities:
  • Attend marketing cycle meeting and run commercial cycle meeting to ensure sales team understand and can implement all programs appropriately
  • Attend PC/TA meeting and help PC/TA Development Manager improve and develop PC/TA team as planned
  • Attend sales forecast and validation meeting to ensure there are right and enough products quantities to achieve the target
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Education teams to develop business through Cash and Carry Channel
  • Collect market intelligence to feedback to Marketing and Top Management for business planning
Requirements:
  • Male or Female with strong sales experience in traditional trade channel and team management
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration
  • Good communication in both Thai and English for business conduct level
  • Good analytical skill
  • Can-do-attitude, proactive thinking and result-oriented
  • An experience in beauty business is advantage
