Key Job Accountabilities
  • Manage and lead team to achieve sales target
  • Monitor P&L to build win-win business with both local modern trade (direct accounts) and key distributors
  • Manage trade spending (TTA) wisely
  • Maintain strong commercial relationships with customer and be able to provide on-time feedback to company
  • Deliver commercial KPIs i.e. Sell-in, Sell-out, ICMS, inventory cover days and overdue
  • Work with other functions, internal interactions to develop quarterly/year plan
  • At Least 7 years background in FMCG with at least 3 years direct experience in ‘General Trade’
  • Good on analyzing P&L and sales report
  • Great leadership skills and team work
  • Problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Can work under pressure and ad-hoc request if needed
  • Working experiences with GT customers in North is a PLUS
