So we have redefined leadership. As Digital Project Manager, you report to Senior Digital Project Manager and will have the opportunity to learn more than you have in the past. What we expect; 

1 years’ university degree and excellent communication skills in English,

1-3  years of experience in digital

Know-how in Digital Media, Performance Marketing and Measurement, UI and UX design, SEO, content management, social media and e-commerce

Excellent understanding of digital ecosystem and is a trend seeker

Experience in tools like Google Analytics Premium, SmilarWeb, SearchMetrics, Insider, Hotjar is a plus

Deciding on digital media strategy, making sure digital media plans are optimized in line with the strategy & investments, ensuring cross-media efficiency, close tracking of results, actionable recommendations will be your main responsibilities. You will manage and lead other digital projects in line with brand objectives such as SEO, Tagging, or any new business opportunities, you will channel the right support and digital know-how to brands for them to implement an efficient digital, and e-commerce strategy and tactics. 

You will be responsible for enabling customer data and relationship flow; in accordance with the guidance and knowledge from the Data and CRM team, deploying a strong customer knowledge and data management, and a targeted contact & service strategy, appropriate relationship campaigns and tracking.

Helping information systems and technology enablement processes; appropriate technologies, platforms and working closely with the social media team to ensure the brand priorities in each platform will be expected from you.

You will be coordinating the brand website’s measurement, content and KPI’s with marketing team in line with the marketing activities, creating and communicating guidelines for implementation; processes & tools, templates, partnerships.
