We are looking for a Group Product Manager for one of our Love Brands La Roche-Posay to define the strategic orientations and the long term marketing plan for the category, monitor the portfolio (new launches, pillar products’ renewal and animation of core catalogue), own and effectively drive the brand’s medical strategy. You will work cross functionally between medical, education, and digital team to lead multi-platform digital/social content, marketing promotions and collaborative efforts that satisfy brand marketing strategies. You will report to the Marketing Manager and you will develop and manage a strong and talented team of 2.

  • Manage the catalogue and analysis of consumer and market insights for the category, share findings with the zone to ensure the consistency of new product development with the country’s needs
  • Build dermo cosmetics skincare expertise and share marketing inputs to drive commercial strategy
  • Create, lead big & impactful digital campaigns in a very detailed and complete way co-working with digital & advocacy teams and agencies
  • Lead crafting of top management reports/presentations and establish clear business recommendations
  • Implement new launches and marketing mix strategies (IMC/360/Digital/Retail) and create the right angle of attack locally to build integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences; meet the deadlines
  • Lead mobilization and collaboration with other departments (sales, logistics, education, etc.) and partner agencies to build broader business strategy
  • Create & manage brand communication strategy working closely with agencies & zone and DMI
  • Manage marketing budget and sales forecast
  • Be the brand equity guardian across all touch-points
  • Monitor the retail strategy working hand-in-hand with the retail and education team and monitor the proper implementation of retail materials (services, advice, etc.)


  • 4 years’ university degree
  • Min 6 years of experience in product management/brand development
  • Digital savy & creative & team player
  • Growth mindset and results driven
  • Innovative, ambitious, and able to take initiative
  • Skincare knowledge & expertise is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills in English
