What we expect;
4 years’ university degree and excellent communication skills in English,
Minimum 6 years of marketing, brand development and execution experience in FMCG,
Your previous team management experience will help you to build, develop and lead strong and talented team,
You will define the strategic orientations and the 3-year marketing plan for the category, monitor the portfolio (new launches, pillar products’ renewal and animation of core catalogue)
You will define and steer the country strategy for the category consistent with the international brand positioning and the country’s priorities to contribute to continued growth for the brand and the consumer relationship,
You will manage budget and sales forecast for the category,
You are responsible for implementing new launches and marketing mix strategies and create the right angle of attack locally to build integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences,
You will manage the collection and analysis of consumer and market insights for the category, share findings with the zone to ensure the consistency of new product development based on local needs
You need to have;
You need to have strong communication skills and negotiation skills because you will cooperate with highly passionate and innovative functional and cross functional teams such as sales, logistics, finance etc.
