So we have redefined leadership; As Regional Sales Manager (located in Ankara) in Active Cosmetics Division, you will have the opportunity to learn more than you have in the past. When you get used to being together with the best, you will realize that you have already been one of them. You will be reporting directly to the ACD Sales Manager and you will have the chance to manage a team.
What we expect;
You will apply and lead the commercial business strategy at the regional level to achieve sell-in and sell-out sales targets, you will be acting as guarantor for the image, and policy of his/her brand in his/her region.
Develop trusting relationships with key customers in the region, including the regional management of national retail chains will be expected. You will perform monthly monitoring of the sales in/out for the major regional accounts.
As a team leader, you will motivate sales teams in the region: recruit, develop, manage and ensure the development of their expertise and know-how.
You will also drive the performance of trade activities, merchandising and sales training in his/her region and will be responsible for the successful delivery of services and the monitoring of their regional performance through the provider's management. Contributing and coordinating the winning of new key customers are also very critical.
Lastly, you will manage and arbitrate regional budgets, as well as motivational resources and return on investment and support the modernization of points of sale through the deployment of services (business and retail training programs).
