What we expect;
4 years’ university degree,
Minimum 3 years of sales operations experience
Driving license (B) Active, able to travel,
Technology and SFA knowledge, database expertise in sales reports and analysis
Your need to have strong analytical problem solving and negotiation skills to handle Handle the administrative follow-up, organisation and prepare the elements required by the administration to drive sales (sales targets, sales territories, information systems, events, etc.)
You will mainly feed into and steer the sales force information systems, collect, restore the information entered by the sales force, provide necessary follow-up and information for the organization of business meetings.
You need to have an ability to link tasks for an integrated infrastructure in order to develop reporting infrastructure covering all channels and explore innovative and analytical approaches for all sales support system reporting structures for L'Oréal
You will be responsible for Manage and investigate on sales technology tools supporting for easy analysis, construct and contribute to channel basis workforce supplying deep dive analysis reports for competition.
You have a key role to manage organization and channel infrastructure definitions on database with the responsibility of investment strategy on customer database, within multi-category scope for all channels and analyze sales and market data, create dashboards for executives, administrative.
