KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:

To train internal & shared staff on brand-related products services & retail systems

  • Impersonate and transmit the values of the brand to the associates
  • Develop creativity among KCR's and their teams, linked to new products
  • Implement global or customized training programs for each store and/or staff members
  • Participate in the development of new training actions
  • Make quantitative feedback on our products sell -out
  • Contribute to improve our products sell -out in line with brand strategy
  • Keep an eye on competition and report information
  • Manage training budget
  • Manage and implement eventing

TRAINING MANAGEMENT:

Brand

  • Bi-annual basic school for all new joiners- classroom
  • On-boarding all new staff - in store
  • On-going brand training to all staff - Kiehl's & Urban Decays' encyclopedia - in store & top door meetings

Campaign

  • Briefing, as needed and tracking eg change your skin/ Recycle & Reward/Made Better /Loyalty Scheme

Product

  • Quarterly New Product training - Cycle meeting & in-store
  • Monthly core product refresher

TECHICAL AND PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES:

  • Selling skills - Circle of service-Selective academy steps
  • Link selling - cross selling
  • In-store monitoring and coaching
  • Beauty skills
  • New skill training to support brand campaigns

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree an advantage or relevant qualification
