JOB PROFILE (professional and technical competencies required)

  • Bachelor degree required, Master’s degree preferred
  • Previous Marketing and / or Digital experience, even if in form of internships,  in consumer goods or luxury beauty industry preferred   
  • trends and consumer knowledge into meaningful insights
  • Detail oriented and organized with passion for beauty, marketing, digital, creative ideas, trends research
  • Very good communication and presentation skills
  • Must have strong team spirit and collaborative approach, as well as problem solving mindset
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint) required

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY (KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES)

1.       Lead Brand Retail Strategy & Excellence

  • Create / adapt on counter animation plan
  • Conceive Visual & Retail Merchandising strategy
  • Co-build Annual Brand Retail plan with Brand AM's
  • Create Joint Business Plan roll-out with Commercial team
  • Collaborate with Retail Design Team to adapt worldwide Brand guidelines to TRAM
  • Seek for competitive benchmarking & Retail Innovation

2.       Offer a unique, authentic and on & offline consistent Brand Consumer Experience

  • Accelerate Kiehl’s Digital transformation by:
  • Increasing E-Retail weight of business by creating E-Trade Plans and ensuring a perfect implementation and update of E-Retail boutiques
  • Work with Digital to create disruptive campaigns to drive traffic and conversion
  • Responsible for Digital-in-store (Beauty Tech & digital devices in Retail experience, My Beauty Club)
  • Analyze Kiehl’s Retail Analytics Data and propose actions
  • Actively upskill expertise in Digital

3.       ROI Analysis of Animations & Collateral Management 

  • Responsible for Collateral management incl. forecast within the Budget guidelines
  • Analyze ROI of animations and propose new actions to improve ROI
