What will you do?

·         Support Pacific Team (Director, Sales Administration Manager, Area Managers, Retail Managers) and field team to drive sales  and to reach targets

·         Manage daily sales operation & office administrative, follow-up, organization and preparation of the elements for Pacific team

·         Provide business analysis and be able to identify business opportunities and challenges

o   Monthly sellout report update for business review 

o   Best sellers SISO monitoring for assigned clients / POS

o   Update monthly SO in POS retail plan

o   Consolidate SO target for BA incentives and logistic follow up

·         New launches and SI communications to clients

o   Monthly novelties consolidation and communication to clients

o   Newness pricing & allocation following up with Marketing & CS

o   Support clients’ enquiries related to brand assortment, SLOB, PO cutoff, shipment calendar etc

·         Daily Sales operation support & feed into and steer the sales force information SAP system

o   Follow up on Purchase Orders and secure orders from clients, liaise with CS team & monitor fulfillment status and sales recap report follow up

o   POP testers/GWPs/Sampling

o   Prepare analysis reports on sales, promotional activities and others

o   Manage product and marketing related enquiries from clients

o   Maintain Pacific assortment up-to-date

o   Other daily operations related to commercial activities

o   Within Region & among clients allocation management

·         Merchandizing co-ordination on promotions with clients, Merchandising, Marketing

o   Update internal promotion calendar

o   PO creation for promoter/counter coverage, rental and spiff

o   Assist AM/RMs on promotion target letters and follow-ups for promotions 

o   Assist VM Executive with counter new counter installation planning, preparation

·         Products, testers & POSM and Sydney local warehouse management

o   Main contact for local warehouse

o   Monitor inventory & services for inbound & outbound  

o   Arrange monthly office orders POP (backup testers, GWP, merchandising elements etc.) to KN

o   Manage BA products incentive scheme and logistic arrangement with KN

·         Coordinate office administrative & support the team

  • Meeting calendar management and L2 broad room reservation
  • Assist the team with daily administration & operations
  • Orders for office equipment and stationeries
  • Other office maintenance & admin support (TNT, DHL, assist R&E etc.)
  • Act as TR representative
