You will have 2-3 years of talent acquisition experience well versed in sales or marketing recruitment. Previous in-house experience is preferable, and any experience within FMCG and general retail will be highly regarded. You will possess a self-starting and ‘can do’ attitude, excellent communications skills and be able to deliver results under pressure. You will also be quick off the mark, customer focused, have a keen eye for detail, and enjoy building relationships and anticipating the needs of others across all levels.
About The Role
As a result of an international secondment, we are seeking a confident, highly motivated and commercially focused Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our HR team on an initial 14 month contract. You will work within a small yet contemporary TA function that pushes the boundaries on what is possible. Collaborating with the business across all of L’Oreal’s brands you will put your recruitment prowess to work sourcing the best talents to join and grow our business.
