Location:               Field Force/Remote (Dallas Fort Worth Market)

 

Section 2:  Job Summary:

To grow the DFW Lancome business by driving retail through events, training and support:

-Gain rank in Lancome DFW doors

-Gain market share in the DFW market

-To drive and exceed retail sales goals

-To plan, support, and execute market events (NMUA, Spa Events, Scentsationals, Trend Shows, etc.)

-To help train, hire and grow DFW beauty advisors

 

Section 3:  Job Requirements:

Technical/Professional:

1. Bachelor degree preferred and minimum of 3 years’ experience in beauty and retail sales management

2. Self motivated, results oriented, creative thinker

3. Strong communication, presentation and organizational skills

4. Analytical in approach to identifying opportunities and solutions

5. Must be able to move boxes and collateral of up to 25 lbs

6. Organizational and time management skills necessary to book store appointments, book and track freelance and organize collateral

                - Check email morning and evening

7. Willing and able to travel overnight (s).

9. Proficient computer skills necessary – Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

10. Passion for artistry and ability to demonstrate and motivate teams through execution of advanced makeup application

 

Section 4:  Judgment and Decision Making:

The supervision required is close. There is daily communication between the Sales & Training Executives and the Regional Sales Director.

 

Section 5: Essential Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry 25 pounds.

Annual Budget Responsibility:  Personal T&E budget

Annual Revenue Responsibility:  5.3 million in volume

TO MAKE THE DAY every day, and Exceed Retail Sales Plans

To help plan and execute events and promotions, with goals and booked appointments, through Lancome dedicated BA’s and intersell associates

To maximize daily sales at counter by pulling walk up traffic for consultations, and seeing booked appointments

Will conduct both BA and Intersell Trainings with each department for our new product launches and ICONIC 5 regularly (Garner support from all intersell associates within the departments to help sell and fall in love with Lancome)

Will teach and enhance BA Makeup Skills while increasing AUS, IPT and SPH

Will Elevate Luxury Experience through ensuring successful NMUA Events, Incremental Spa Events, and adding to existing Scentsational Events, Trend Shows and GWP events
