A  / Main responsibilities, deliverables and contribution of this job to L’Oreal VN
  •  Category Development:
- Calendar Activity Plan by Retailer / Shopper (Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly) inject with brand activities & JBP
- Drive and Lead Category & Hero product growth: follow up Sell in Sell out & Hero WOB (MS / WOB in channel)
- Drive New Launch: Deliver ambition, Follow up Listing, launching deployment (visibility, trade scheme...)
- Forecast & Forecast Accuracy: work with KAM & Supply chain
- Trade Promotion Guideline/ Promotion Planning/Channel conflict management/ Post-evaluation as gatekeeper role in Promotion Plan Approval
- Account planning by channel: by month & by product launch/ brand campaign
- Consumer Promotion (Bundle/ Minisize management)
- Activation (Online & Offline): activation (customer activation), livestream management, O2O push & manage stakeholders
- Instore consumer experience: tester, merchandising Activities: Planogram/Design/Production + POSM network management.
  • Budget Owner for Merchandising (CAPEX), POSM, Minisize, Tester
- Define and create the countries’ retail design & merchandising strategy in order to implement the brand image and identity in stores, to reinforce brand visibility, in line with international guidelines.
- Implement the merchandising solutions for make-up testers units, free access and POS materials, answering local marketing plan needs
- Co-undertake the conception, development and follow-up of flagship stores with international brand and Zone.
- Coordinate the conception, production, delivery and installation of any kind of local specific materials
- Ensure compliance with technical and legal aspects regarding production norms
- Recruit, develop and manage his/her team. Ensure development of expertise and know-how and support organization.
- Ensure follow-up of the budget and monitor channel execution on time in full.

B / Most important qualifications, background and experience:
  • 3 – 5-year experience in Trade Marketing/ Sales. (have certain experience from FMCG)
  • 1-2 years working in Personal Care Industry.
  • Past experience in Marketing or Sales is a plus.
  • Experienced with Online & Offline Channels & Category development.
  • University graduate, major in Economics/ English/ Business Administration.
  • Dedicated in perfect execution and result-driven.
  • Understanding of online business: E-commerce, Social is a plus.
  • O&O aspiration, strong on execution
