As an Commercial Coordinator you will take the responsibility for the handling the administrative points of the team of the division and managing operational commercial tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To maintain the analytical operation duties on a daily basis: specifications, listing, assortment matrix, contracts, POs
  • To fulfill sharing projects with the team: enlarge distribution, analysis of promo activities
  • Participation in general sales projects
  • Perform administrative duties (schedule, telephone, mail etc), organizing of events 
  • Create POs in SAP system


Your Background:

  • Graduate/Student of the last courses of Marketing/Management/General Economics/Enterprising
  • Good analytical skills & Excel
  • Attention to details & multitasking approach
  • Strong communication and project leading skills
  • English intermediate/upper-intermediate
  • Desire to develop in sales
