GENERAL DESCRIPTION
In charge of driving the online business and growth of the division l
* Help drive online sales target of the division
* Co-create business plans with online clients
* Be an expert of ecommerce both internally and externally
* Effectively plan and monitor business performance
* Manage the daily mid term and long term interface between the client and L’Oreal
* E-commerce / Online:
* Online activations of the brands
* E-Merchandising: Product display page update on existing catalog and new launches
* E-retailer relationship: on going engagement with the retailers across all brands to support on the planning and execution of the 360s
* Performance analysis: Report on animations and ROI
* Ensure 360 implementation on new launches
* Develop Social Media monthly Calendars
* Support on Media campaigns implementation
* Support on CRM set up and integration in tops doors
* Trade Marketing:
* Support in updating the Activity Calendar along with owning it.
* Support Online and Offline trade activation implementation
* Develop Social and Influencer plan with the PR team for new launches
* Take lead on internal product/gifting requisitions to support Marketing activations

SKILLS AND ABILITIES
* Experienced in Ecommerce Site Merchandising & UX
* Analytical, process-oriented, and comfortable with data analysis tools
* Equally comfortable co-developing a strategy & also implementing it with brand teams day-to-day.
* Familiarity with Web Analytics tools.
* A confident and articulate communicator capable of inspiring strong collaboration within an organization
* Strong interest in understanding and driving user behavior
* Demonstrative skills in handling many assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
