POSITION: UX Product Manager


REPORTS TO: Director, Digital Product


We are looking for a talented eCommerce professional with digital user experience expertise and web design background to elevate the SalonCentric Website & Mobile App. The UX Product Manager will collaborate with the broader digital product team, developers, analytics, and business stakeholders to help optimize our end-to-end user experience. They will conduct research, formulate tests, and iterate upon new and existing features and experiences, all while ensuring they meet our business needs and KPIs. This role will also support the business team by deeply understanding use cases/gaps needed to proactively optimize vendor capabilities. The ideal candidate thinks mobile-first and has an Omni-Channel mindset and ideally has B2B eCommerce experience.


  • Continually improve and optimize the user experience for the website & app
  • Analyze user behavior, usage metrics and usability findings to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Conduct user research and experimentation to ensure the customer is always top of mind
  • Build Figma mockups using existing web components and designing custom web components as needed, while maintaining strong brand standards
  • Create user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes that provide intuitive user experiences based on business requirements and user feedback
  • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems
  • Active participant in maximizing vendor capabilities and usage
  • Responsible for web accessibility compliance
  • Ensure branding alignment and design accuracy by adhering to the digital style guide, prior to final production


  • Strong understanding of digital design principles and applying experience design best practices
  • Proficient in Figma & Photoshop
  • Understands web accessibility standards
  • Expertise building experiments & tests are required. Familiarity with Google Optimize, Apptimize and/or SalesForce Commerce Cloud is a plus.
  • Experience working with iOS & Android mobile applications
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, flexible & agile, comfortable jumping in as needed on various tasks; with a “roll up your sleeves” mentality
  • Familiarity with front-end development skills (CSS, HTML, Javascript) a plus
