This role is responsible for driving Supply Chain performance and cost optimization for the assigned division(s). You will develop and mentor your team while contributing to local and zone-level projects that support both the short-term and long-term goals of the Company and Supply Chain Department. The position holder will have direct reports and will report to Supply Chain Director.

Key Accountabilities:

• S&OP Management: Oversee the monthly sales forecasting process for both online and offline channels.
• Inventory Management: Ensure sufficient stock levels (value, quality, and days of cover), maintain forecast accuracy, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Project Management: Implement zone-level projects and best practices and develop local initiatives for continuous improvement and innovative ways of working.
• Performance Management: Define yearly KPIs and quarterly updates. Plan and guide the team to achieve targets.
• Cross-Functional Communication: Communicate Supply Chain policies, tools, and relevant information to other departments.
• Team Development: Train and develop the team to meet current and future business needs. Actively working with talent in the team to fulfil career developments
  

PROFESSIONAL & TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

• Supply Chain: End-to-end experience, ideally in Planning, SAP Master Data, Import/Export, Customer Service, Warehousing, and Transportation (in order of priority).
• Project Management: Proven knowledge and experience.
• E-commerce: Forecasting experience.
• Leadership: Strong record of people development.
• Data Analysis: Advanced skills in data analytics, Power BI, and SQL
