POSITION TITLE:  VP Supply Chain Transformation Architect

DEPARTMENT: Corporate Supply Chain

REPORTS TO:  SVP Supply Chain

Location: Clark, NJ
  • Support in the L’Oreal USA Supply Chain transformation
  • Design multi-year transformation roadmap based on Supply Chain Vision
  • Phase 1: Design and implement the core transformations in Demand and Supply Planning
  • Enhanced focus on Change Management / people and processes side of change in support of a systems implementation of Supply Planning tool - APO & Master Data (Elixpedia)
  • Provides both the structure and tools needed to manage and realize change successfully on the technical, processes and people side of all changes coming from the new system
  • Partnership with L'Oreal Senior leadership (Division Presidents, Operations Leaders, Project team and external stakeholders to anticipate change and develop appropriate action plans
  •  Utilize expertise with prior systems implementations of APO and Elixpedia to develop and execute organizational readiness plan and design in partnership with Change Management Consulting agency and L’Oreal leadership team
  • Partnership with change management and training teams in facilitating ways of working and RACI sessions with leaders and employees
  • Phase 2: Provide thought leadership on other functional areas of the Supply Chain transformation
  • Potential longer term position based on performance 



  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Organizational Design required;  Master’s degree a plus
  • 10+ years of experience and expertise in Demand and Supply Planning, including systems knowledge of APO, Elixpedia and FuturMaster
  • Experience working in an environment with a strong S&OP process
  • Proven project management skill set, with a focus on change management
  • Strong collaboration skills and demonstrated strengths managing across boundaries – internally and externally
  • Well-developed communication and influencing skills with an emphasis on analysis and problem solving through change management skills, strong ability to successfully work with members of senior management across many functional areas, including but not limited to Marketing, Sales, Manufacturing, Supply Chain
  • Strong command of change management theory and practice
