Purpose of Role:

To be the owner & brand custodian of all assets developed at Local level. This includes ensuring the creative output is of high quality & aligned with The Body Shop brand positioning, brand image & corporate guidelines.

  1. To develop and execute all print and display materials that adheres to CI guidelines
  2. To support VM with all design works to support window launches and store refits.
  3. To provide creative support to SG Marketing & Corporate Responsibility Team (incl. Digital, CRM & PR)

Primary Accountabilities:

Creative support to SG Marketing & Corporate Responsibility Team

  • Responsible for the creation/adaptation of creative assets design according to The Body Shop brand guidelines for external marketing (ATL/BTL), window poster, in-store graphics, collaterals.
  • Adhoc graphic support for PR, CRM and Digital/Social Media whenever required

Print production management

  • Supplier management (Brief, request of quotation, colour proof, production, delivery)
  • Supervision of creative executions/graphics throughout the production process to ensure creative output is of high quality according to The Body Shop brand guidelines


  • 1-2 years in creative &/or design agencies preferred
  • Strong design background in corporate branding, layout, colour theory and typography in both print and digital media. And an interest & appreciation for packaging design.
  • Experience with providing creative support across 360o marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in working in retail brands is an advantage


  • Diploma in Graphic Design or relevant aspect.

Competencies required:

  • Up to speed with current graphic design practices & web production software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Indesign, Adobe Illustrator, Freehand, CS 5 & CS 6.
  • Strong design flair, able to conceptualise or re-size/re-adapt artwork according to brand guidelines – Providing effective creative solutions based on brief requirement.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines is essential for a fast-paced environment
  • The candidate will need to be organized, imaginative, and a capable designer with strong communication skills
  • Passion for beauty & retail preferred
