What you’lll do:

·       Develop, design and fine-tune visual merchandising components of new/pillar products to maximize visual impact and sales performance in APAC region

·       Responsible for regional productions of visual merchandizing elements of new launches to optimize cost, while keeping the timeline/budget

·       Share visual merchandizing best practices and training of VMD practices/procedures for new VMDs in the region

·       Conduct store visits & counter inspection of APAC markets to ensure visual execution according to international guidelines

·       Research and study competitors’ new practices and search for innovations that encourage customer interaction/engagement

·       Work closely and foster good interaction with cross functional partners:, marketing, purchasing, Sales teams and retailer groups

Who we are looking for:

·       Degree holder with minimum 6 years’ solid Visual Merchandising experience from FMCG or beauty corporation

·       Good people management and communication skill, ability to articulate ideas in a clear and concise manner

·       Ability to translate Marketing brief into story telling solutions, taking a consumer centric cost conscious, and linked to the business objectives.

·         Driven, organized and detail-oriented, multi-tasking skill

·         Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Sketchup

·         Fluent in English
