Join the Demand Planning/Planner Talent Community if you are a: 

  • Demand Planner who can analyze and develop initiatives that support the growth of our retailers. You can monitor the marketplace for opportunities, perform assessments, make recommendations, and define strategies all while working cross-functionally with other teams involved with the process to ensure proper execution.  

  • Material/Supply Planner who acts as the center of inventory and availability planning and can be instrumental in ensuring we meet our customer’s expectations. You are someone who can manage vendors, utilize SAP, maintain responsibility for 1,000K SKU, and has had experiences in inventory management.  



Your specific position may include the following responsibilities:  

  • Retrieve, analyze and provide documentation for the accounts in order to support recommendations regarding service, growth opportunities, and vendor/retailer performance.   

  • Provide logistical and inventory data to retailer and validate data provided by retailer via file exchange or EDI. 

  • Act as a liaison between field force, Supply Chain (Customer Supply Chain, Assembly, and Planning) and our retailer. 

  • Determine and implement priority of logistical initiatives with our retailer. 

  • Develop customized strategies providing high customer service levels and reduced cost.  

  • Responsible for the efficient flow of product from supplier to customers, ensuring clear communication of gaps/misses and planning remediation. 

  • Facilitate monthly KPI cross-functional team meetings with Customer Service, Transportation and Deduction Resolution. 

  • Publish reports accordingly, to insure initiatives and executions are progressing to plan 

  • Leading or participating in  specific projects which provide efficiencies, improved service, and business growth. 

  • Develops strong business partnership with Sales, Forecasting, Category Management and our Customer. 



  • Strong PC skills, advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills; ability to analyze and manipulate large amounts of data  

  • Launch experience is preferred.  

  • Expertise in planning and ability to problem solve  

  • Strong analytical and communication skills   

  • SAP or equivalent experience  

  • Knowledge in PowerBI and Tableau

  • Continuous Improvement mindset  

  • E-Commerce experience preferred.  

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or related fields
