You have to be:
  • Brand owner of CRM Platform, covering CRM Strategy, Campaign Planning & Implementation in both Offline and Online channels. Driving KPIs at all levels i.e. Prospecting, Recruiting New, encouraging Repeat and building loyalty with Retention. Fully responsible for Brand Loyalty Program
  • Champion of Trade Marketing in creating attractive trade campaigns to grab customers in all stages at i.e. New Customers, Repeat Customers, Retained Customers. Building good relationship with Retailers to ensure the Trade Campaigns are successfully implemented. Trade campaigns include monthly promotion, podium, events both Online and Offline

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing CRM strategy and campaigns to drive all brand KPIs
  • Manage Brand Loyalty program. Ensuring full Life Cycle plan is in place. Update & Revamp as per Global direction
  • Working with CRM Agency for monthly report, analyzing CRM data to find customer insights and action plan
  • Trade marketing planning and execution (offline, online, omni) including Artwork and Media selection. Negotiate with retailers for best campaign visibility and support
  • Data extracting to support internal team, Coaching Team

  • At least Bachelor Degree or higher 
  • At least 3 years of experiences in CRM & Trade marketing – experience in either field is also acceptable
  • Creative thinking & problem solving
  • Customer centric- putting customers first- journey & satisfaction focus
  • Ability to own and lead project with many stakeholders
  • Strong communicator – working with multiple stakeholder
  • Adaptive and agile to change
  • Strong in MS specifically in Excel, Powerpoint .
  • Good command of English in verbal and written
