Key Responsibilities:
  • Support business Ambition, Sustainable Growth
    • Work closely with Routh-To-Market managers and drive the channel to deliver the Budget topline growth, as well as profitability
    • Challenge Minoration to have optimal allocation to fuel for growth and to manage Minoration budget in line with Budget Frame, in the area of his/her responsible channel; RTM
    • Support Commercial Team on Account Planning Process and make sure CBP (Commercial Business Planning) dashboard reflecting the correct figures both Actuals and latest Commercial Plan
    • Actively inform risk/opportunity to Commercial team and N+1, and support N+1 to promptly simulate top-lines landing to share a visibility on the CNS closing every month
  • Accuracy in Closing and Reporting. Build reliable trend & budget
    • Support N+1 to close CNS of the month in line with the aligned target. No surprise in quarterly closing
    • Accurate and timely Reporting in the systems, in the area of responsibility; 1’st Flash Reporting, PLC reporting in Trend/Budget cycle
    • Responsible for the SFC valorization and reporting to share the visibility on the latest SFC figures to the business team
  • BA OPEX planning and reporting
    • Support BA manager to plan and followup Development OPEX budget in line with Budget
    • Responsible for BA/Development P&L line closing of the month. No surprise in quarterly closing
    • Accuracy and timely reporting in the systems of Development P&L line; COSTS reporting in Trend/Budget cycle
  • Guardian and Compliance
    • Guarantee Compliance by educating/sharing the Group Norm for Commercial areas of controlling
    • No Incident on Late PO, GRIR aging balance < N-1 etc
Qualification:
  • Bachelor degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economic or related filed
  • At least 3 years of experience in analyst/controlling field, FMCG will be advantage
  • Be able to work under pressure
  • Self driven and also be a good team player
  • Strong in Ms Excel program
  • Good command of English in verbal & written as well as presentation
