Key Job Accountabilities

- Collect and analyze consumer and market insights and competition strategies to make recommendations to management

- Implement new launches, maintain growth in pillar products and animate core catalogue

- Make recommendations to management on the category based on own expertise of the consumer, market and competitors (launch analysis, strategic memo, etc.)

- Manage budget and ensure sales forecast accuracy

- Build, accurately forecasts and archieve the accounts results: turnover, market share, profit 

- Build the action plan to implement the division and channel strategy 

- Develop, monitor and manage a portfolio of retailers/clients account, in accordance with

the strategy of division and brands 

- Lead or participate in the negotiations with retailers/clients on key launches, space, location and stock

- Build a deep customer intelligence and strong network with key stakeholders at the retailer’s

- Work closely with other departments (supply, finance, marketing) connect account key stakeholder

of all functions 



  • Education : University graduate

  • Years of working experience: 1~2 years

  • Experience: at least 1 year experience in the cosmetic industry  

  • Language : Fluent in both Korean and English

  • Other skills : Computer skill proficiency : MS PPT, Excel, Word
