In the Professional Products Division, our mission is to support hairdressers and develop the hair industry sustainably, while benefiting all. We’re the founding Division for the L’Oréal group, having history more than 110 years ago.

The Professional Products Division is universally known for exclusively supplying salons and other professional customers with the most advanced technologies in hair and beauty products. The 8 brands within this division are L’Oréal Professionnel, Kérastase, Shu Uemura Art of Hair, Redken, Pureology, Matrix, Biolage and Pulp Riot. You will

Be a key member of the E-Commerce Management team responsible for driving the go-to-market strategy for your accounts

A self-starter who relishes working in a fast-paced , start-up environment and is comfortable building professional relationships with key stakeholders. 

You will be accountable for the turnover delivery and activation of sell in and sell out plans by brand. You will work with the PPD Business Brand Managers, Supply Chain and Finance to make profitable investment and improve the gross margin. In addition, you will work closely with the marketing and digital teams as well as with Multi-divisional and Europe zone to ensure that the vision, mission, and strategic pillars are properly implemented within your business area.


Establish L'Oréal as a best-in-class supplier which retailers see as a first choice to work with online.

Lead, coach and manage a small team of experts.

Be responsible for managing projects and tracking progress by meeting with project stakeholders to supervise progress and key decisions. You will also be comfortable with ambiguity and be able to make the complex simple.

Negotiate and align joint business plans  online to create strong relationships with regular reviews of joint KPIs.  

Work closely with the Head of Marketplace, Brand teams, Media teams and our retailers to improve the performance of our categories online.  Gain category captaincy by leveraging promotions, media, partnership marketing, events, and other levers.

Create and elevate our professional differentiation offline and online.

Collaborate with the L’Oréal divisions and corporate functions to deliver efficient and innovative activation plans.

Be an expert in both offline and online best practices both internally and externally.  Coach and transfer expertise to others internally to ensure e-retail forms part of their retail plans.

Develop close working relationships with retailer content teams to ensure that our products are shown in the best possible way online and are easier to purchase. Negotiate best in class discoverability and visibility on our products.

Develop and share qualitative content with our partners and propose value added services to reach a sufficient display of services including videos and consumer reviews.

Provide feedback and revised proposals on how we can improve our base sales. 

Monitor our performance through KPIs, such as accurate sell-in sell-out forecasting, anticipating budget drifts and communicating plans in an actionable timeframe.

You have:

The ability to strategise the offline and online roadmap through performance analysis, ways of working and commercial principles, always linking back to the PPD UKI Frame.
A strong understanding of market dynamics and commercial, E-commerce and marketing strategies, associated with robust knowledge of the professional beauty market. 
Excellent communication and influencing skills with experience of building relationships across an organisation. 
A solutions orientated mindset with the ability to work accurately at pace and cope with ambiguity.
Experience of managing change - through rapid growth. 
A strong stakeholder management experience and the ability to influence at all levels.
