What You Will Learn:

The Senior Analyst/ Project Coordinator will perform key functions to ensure that current operation and support for DDX (Data Driven Experience) platform is running smooth and help remove any hurdles the team is facing including the technical service provider (TSP) supporting DDX. The integral functions of our Senior Analyst/ Project Coordinator include constant collaboration with several vendors and L’Oreal teams supporting DDX.  The ideal candidate will have a strong core understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile/SCRUM methodology. 

  • Support L’Oreal DDX Operations leader to oversee our vendor(s), manage tickets (Issues, service requests and change requests), project plan, and triage conversations
  • Chair and facilitate weekly meetings with the TSP, L’Oreal IT, Brands, Partners, and Vendors distributing meeting minutes and action items
  • Manage the operations and support of the DDX platform and ensure timely response and resolution
  • Collaborate with teams across IT, Brand partners, and Vendors to create daily/weekly status updates on DDX through meetings and tickets
  • Log, track and escalate risks / actions / dependencies (RAID log)
  • Manage and expand project documentation on ways of working, solutions
  • Review and communicate weekly reports by consolidating feedback from multiple teams
  • Complete Data Privacy related tasks associated with peripheral systems

What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field or commensurate relevant experience
  • IT Project Management Career Path
  • Expert in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Project)
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in IT project management / Operations
  • Fundamental understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile method
  • Experience supporting the operations of a major cloud technology solution, Big Data platform is preferred
  • Problem solving, effective communication and technically inclined
  • Proficient in JIRA and Confluence
  • Experience with large data projects

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical & presentation skills - Microsoft PowerPoint & Excel
  • Expert in Agile tools (Confluence, Jira, Kanban boards)
  • Able to work in a fast paced, large team environment and multi-task
  • Analytical thinker and problem solver with an affinity towards data
  • Familiar with SQL, Tableau, Databricks
